When you place an order, you are offering to purchase our products subject to these Terms and Conditions. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are shown in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of order via the available payment methods.
  • Errors: In the event of pricing or product description errors, we reserve the right to correct them.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods.

5.3 Return Conditions

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Software/digital products are non-returnable if unsealed
  • Personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned

5.4 Return Process

  1. Contact us first to initiate the return
  2. Ship goods to the address provided in our Impressum
  3. Use tracked shipping (we recommend insured delivery)

5.5 Refunds

  • Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You bear direct costs of returning goods

6. Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product information, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
